This is a fury warrior build, that also has the capability to apply bleeds.
Stat Priority: Strength > Agility/Crit > Stamina
Whenever the warrior applies crits they will also apply a bleed debuff on their target, which is why crit/agility is where it is. The damage of the bleed however depends on the weapon damage, which also scales with attack power. Attack Power increases with both Strength and Agility, however Strength does it better than Agility.
The build also has Blood Craze (one of my favorite talents), which heals the warrior up to 3% of their total HP over 6 seconds after being the victim of a crit. This synergizes well with Enrage, which increases the attack power after being the victim of a crit.
