This build is made for farming dungeons for loot using AoE and reflect as much as possble.
There's a lot of decent shields for this build. The best one is the [1168].
Another good one is [18825], which can be obtained through PvP.
A good starter shield for the build would be the [9458] from Gnomeregan or the [13375] from Stratholme.
